Tv Rot. is a found television painted white and hung from a rotating shaft through a wall. The video played through the television is spun at roughly the same rate as the television but in the opposite direction; making the video appear still while the television rotates around it. In addition, the Earth's magnetic field affects the cathode ray tube inside the tv, which in turn distorts the color of the video. The effect is "trippy."
